Del Toro

Del Toro Trio has been performing in the Clear Lake, Houston area for over ten years.  The band was formed by Roberto Del Toro, with the purpose of providing acoustical musical entertainment with high standards of excellence and authenticity.  They are best described as a sizzling Flamenco Pop Spanish band.  Their gypsy pure acoustic sounds integrated with a Spanish flair create a musical artistry like no other. They are well known for performing hits from the legendary Gypsy Kings, Mana, Santana, and other popular Spanish artists.  They are unique in the sense they prefer to take an English song and add acoustic guitars, flamenco rhythms and beats with a voice that you would hear in the passionate Barcelona Nights of Spain and turn it into their own style genre of music.  It creates an experience that makes you feel like you’re enjoying a European vacation in another part of the world!

The trio consists of Singer/rhythm guitarist, lead guitarist and Saxophone/percussions. Their uniquely diverse repertoire compasses a gamut of styles from Latin music, Boleros, Pop Music, Ballads, Country, Motown and more.
